Heritage Days Trivia - Part 1

When Amanda McDaniel, Executive Director at Main Street Bath asked if BHS could supply some Bath Heritage Days trivia to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the annual July 4th celebration, its Board of Trustees’ answered with a resounding YES and researched sources old and new for ideas and anecdotes.

The final 10 multiple choice questions and answers covered a variety of topics and years. They were shown on the Waterfront Park stage, as a part of a running slide show between musical acts with a big shout out to In-Kind Sponsors like Bath Historical Society! BHS Trustees were happy to help and had so much fun with the research. Many thanks go to Gretchen Kinder and Jeff Cutler who designed and assembled the final slide show. Jeff also took many of the photos used to illustrate the slides.

Test your knowledge on the slides below (and stay tuned for Trivia, Part 2). Send us a comment with a favorite Heritage Days fun fact or memory of your own!
